Political Pressure: Let’s Talk About It is a therapist-led, limited-run virtual support group designed to help adults navigate the emotional toll of today’s political climate.
This group creates a structured, supportive space for processing fear, anger, uncertainty, and exhaustion related to current events. It centers the lived experiences of BIPOC individuals, LGBTQ+ communities, undocumented immigrants, and those directly impacted by policy shifts and social instability.
Together, participants will build stress management skills, emotional regulation tools, and a stronger sense of connection in a time that can feel isolating and overwhelming.
