Individual Therapy
Through integrative, eclectic therapeutic techniques, we tailor our approach to you, your needs, and your desires. Our treatment specializations include anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, emotional regulation, neurodiverse concerns, relationship and intimacy issues, sexuality and gender identity exploration, racial and ethnic identity exploration, cognitive, behavioral, emotional, social and multicultural issues.

Couples + Relationship Therapy
Through techniques that are emotionally guiding, culturally sensitive, strengths-based, motivational, and solution-focused, we work collaboratively to help partners achieve dynamic harmony. Our expertise is working with traditional and alternative relationships to highlight problems from past dynamic patterns, gain insight into deeper levels of their relationships, and construct an enhanced future together.

Family Therapy
Our therapists understand that every family has its stuff. We help with communication breakdowns, sibling conflicts, parenting challenges, and multigenerational tension. Whether you're navigating blended families, divorce, behavioral issues, or family trauma, we create space for everyone to be heard.
We specialize in culturally responsive family therapy that honors different backgrounds, values, and family structures. Our therapists work with families dealing with identity conflicts, first-generation pressures, LGBTQ+ support needs, and neurodivergent family members. We help families rebuild connection, set healthy boundaries, and develop conflict resolution skills that actually work.

Group Counseling
Our virtual support groups create space for real connection around shared experiences. Led by licensed therapists, these groups focus on specific topics like grief and loss, LGBTQ+ identity exploration, neurodivergence, parenting challenges, anxiety management, and trauma recovery.
Group therapy offers something individual sessions can't—the power of knowing you're not alone. Whether you're navigating life transitions, managing chronic illness, exploring your identity, or working through intergenerational trauma, our groups provide both professional guidance and peer support.

Sex Therapy
Our specialized therapists help with sexual health concerns including desire and arousal issues, painful intercourse, erectile dysfunction, and orgasm difficulties. We provide affirming support for sexuality and gender exploration, relationship communication, infidelity recovery, and sexual empowerment.
We're experienced with diverse relationship styles including CNM/ENM/polyamory, kink/BDSM, and sex work. Our therapists understand sexual compulsivity, porn concerns, and digital relationship dynamics. Whether you're navigating premarital questions, alternative relationships, or reclaiming your sexual self after trauma, we create a space where your whole identity is welcomed.
our groups
From NYC to Buffalo, Albany to Long Island, our virtual support groups connect New Yorkers statewide. All groups are facilitated by trained therapists and meet via secure telehealth platforms.

is telehealth right for you?
We’re all about making sure therapy actually works for you and sometimes, that means checking if telehealth is the right fit. That's why before starting, we’ll talk through your needs and make sure virtual sessions feel supportive, effective, and doable for your situation.
when telehealth might not be the best option:
-
if you’re experiencing severe depression, suicidal thoughts, or symptoms like delusions that may need in-person care
-
if it’s hard to find a private, confidential space for sessions
-
if distractions, substance use, or multitasking make it hard to be present
-
for couples or family therapy — if high conflict or small screens make it tough to stay focused
when telehealth is a good fit, we’ll show up the same way we do in person: focused, present, and committed to giving you a meaningful therapy experience.
