is telehealth right for you?

We’re all about making sure therapy actually works for you and sometimes, that means checking if telehealth is the right fit. That's why before starting, we’ll talk through your needs and make sure virtual sessions feel supportive, effective, and doable for your situation.

when telehealth might not be the best option:

  • if you’re experiencing severe depression, suicidal thoughts, or symptoms like delusions that may need in-person care

  • if it’s hard to find a private, confidential space for sessions

  • if distractions, substance use, or multitasking make it hard to be present

  • for couples or family therapy — if high conflict or small screens make it tough to stay focused

when telehealth is a good fit, we’ll show up the same way we do in person: focused, present, and committed to giving you a meaningful therapy experience.
