Unlike many practices, we hire therapists as W-2 employees—not independent contractors.
That means we handle payroll, taxes, and employer contributions. After six months, you might be eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with pension options, paid time off, sick leave, and a continuing education stipend.

We offer individual and group supervision for those working toward licensure with experienced clinical supervisors—including PhD-level Licensed Mental Health Counselors and Certified Sex Therapists.
