A Support Circle for Solo Mothers is a weekly virtual support group for mothers navigating solo parenting — facilitated by Marilou Fonti, MHC-LP, who has years of experience with single mothers, overwhelmed mothers, and new moms. This group exists for the moms who are holding everything together and quietly running on empty.
Solo parenting is hard in ways that are hard to explain. You might be managing every decision, every bedtime, every worry — and doing it without a co-parent, often without a consistent support system, sometimes without anyone who really gets what your daily life feels like. This group is for that mom.
Participants can expect to:
• Process the emotional load of solo parenting in a space that doesn't ask you to minimize it
• Feel genuinely seen by other moms who understand your experience without needing the full backstory
• Start identifying and expressing your own needs — not just everyone else's
• Build real connection with other solo mothers navigating the same terrain
• Reconnect with who you are outside of the roles you're carrying
