fun fact: Overanalyzing Love Island is basically my sport.
As a Latina and bilingual therapist, I understand how important it is to feel truly seen especially when your story includes cultural expectations, generational dynamics, and unspoken pressures. I offer a safe, affirming BIPOC space where you don’t have to explain the basics whether it’s culture, language, sexual identity or racial identity. I work with LGBTQ+ clients exploring gender, sexuality, and the intersections of culture and queerness. Whether you’re out or questioning, you deserve support without judgment.
I work with individuals, couples, and families—including children and young adults (ages 7–24). My space is culturally responsive and affirming especially for those working through anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, generational trauma, or feeling disconnected from their cultural or personal identity.
I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness to discover what actually works for you. We’ll move at a pace that honors your comfort while gently challenging barriers to growth. Therapy isn’t just about healing it's about transformation. Let’s explore your story, highlight your strengths, and build the tools you need to thrive.
