The Healing Daughter Era is a 12 week virtual support group for adult daughters working through the weight of their relationship with their mother. This group offers a place to say what usually stays unsaid at family dinners.
This group is for daughters who love their mothers and still feel exhausted, who catch themselves managing her feelings before their own, who have never had language for the guilt, the resentment, or the confusion about where her expectations end and their own life begins.
Participants can expect to:
Name the patterns you inherited without agreeing to keep them
Practice setting a boundary and holding it past the guilt
Process the specific frustration of loving someone who hurt you
Build a version of the relationship that does not cost you yourself
Leave with language for what you've been carrying alone
You walk out knowing you're not the only daughter still figuring this out.
