Running on different software is a neurodiversity-affirming therapy group for adults who identify as ADHD, autistic, AuDHD, or otherwise neurodivergent. Led by Alyssa Watkis, the group is built around real connection instead of forced fitting-in. It is a place to stop translating yourself for a world that was not built with you in mind.
This group is for neurodivergent adults navigating work, relationships, and daily life while carrying years of masking, burnout, and the quiet fear of being "too much." Many members have spent a lifetime managing environments not designed for how their brain actually works. Here, that effort gets to rest.
Participants can expect to:
Talk openly about masking, burnout, and executive dysfunction without over-explaining
Learn practical strategies for navigating work, relationships, and daily life
Reduce shame around traits labeled "too much" or "not enough"
Connect with others who understand the experience from the inside
Build confidence in showing up as your actual self
Walk out with real tools, real connection, and one less place you have to perform.
