This weekly, virtual therapy group offers a grounded form of self-care for deeply empathetic, spiritually oriented adults who often give more than they receive. If you feel called to support, uplift, or care for others but notice yourself feeling emotionally or energetically depleted, this space was created with you in mind.
Led by Jackie Gillet, MHC-LP, the group provides a supportive container to process burnout, emotional overload, and the pressure to constantly “hold it together.” Together, we explore ways to restore balance between caring for others and caring for yourself through therapeutic discussion, reflective exercises, and grounding practices. Sessions are designed to help participants reconnect with their inner world, integrate parts of themselves they may have pushed aside, and build sustainable boundaries around giving.
This is not a space for toxic positivity or spiritual bypassing. It is a warm, intentional group where real emotions are welcomed and explored with care. Participants can expect meaningful connection, nervous-system awareness, and tools for staying rooted and resourced while continuing to live with purpose and compassion.
