This 15-minute phone chat is your chance to talk through what you're looking for in therapy and get any questions answered. We'll work together to find the therapist who's actually the right fit for you. If it feels like a good match, we'll connect you with our Clinical Manager for intake. Cancellation Policy
We get it - sometimes life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel, just give us 24 hours notice so we can offer your spot to someone else who's waiting. No-shows or same-day cancellations use up the slot and we can't always accommodate a rebooking right away. Running late? Text or call us ASAP. We'll hold your spot for up to 10 minutes, but after that we may need to reschedule to stay on track for other clients. Questions before booking?
