Regulated & Resilient: Educators Edition is a weekly support group for K-12 educators running on empty. It's led by Aset Griffith, a former Special Educator turned administrator turned counselor who has sat in nearly every seat in a school building. The group offers CBT-based coping strategies, nervous system regulation tools, and a place to say the quiet part out loud.
This group is for teachers, counselors, special education staff, deans, and other school-based staff across public, private, charter, Catholic, and independent schools who are carrying more than they show. Chronic stress and the pressure to keep prioritizing everyone else's needs don't stay at school. They come home too.
Participants can expect to:
Build CBT-based coping skills for the specific stress patterns of school environments
Practice nervous system regulation tools for high-demand days
Set boundaries without the guilt spiral that follows
Name burnout patterns before they turn into full depletion
Leave with a community that gets it without needing it explained
meet your facilitators
