Raised on Survival Mode: Transforming Trauma Into Triumph is a supportive therapy group for adults who grew up in homes without emotional safety. Whether you were the invisible child, the caretaker, or the family peacemaker, this group is for those who recognize how their childhood shaped their current relationships, boundaries, and sense of self and are ready for a healthier way forward.

Through trauma-informed education, supportive discussion, and experiential processing, participants will explore toxic family dynamics, attachment patterns, childhood PTSD, codependency, and how trauma impacts the body and brain. This group helps adults release survival-based coping, build inner safety, and understand why closeness with family may feel difficult even when relationships appear “fine.” Join us to begin transforming trauma into a foundation of self-trust, compassion, and emotional freedom.
