Death Dialogues: A Support Group for Living with Mortality is a 12-week virtual group for adults navigating grief, existential curiosity, or the weight of mortality. Facilitated by Jackie Gillet, MHC-LP, this group creates a rare and deliberate space to speak honestly about death without fear of making others uncomfortable.
Most of us were taught to keep death at a distance and keep our grief quiet, and this group is for those who are exhausted by that. Whether you're mourning someone you love, sitting with anticipatory grief, wrestling with what comes after death, or carrying the quiet anxiety that comes with simply being alive... This is an opportunity to feel less alone in life's most isolating yet universal experiences.
Participants can expect to:
Process grief in all its forms - including anticipatory, ambiguous, and disenfranchised loss
Explore personal beliefs about death, afterlife, and meaning across spiritual and secular frameworks
Reduce isolation around mortality-related fear and existential anxiety
Build language and tools for the conversations most people avoid
Leave with a more intentional relationship with your own life, legacy, and impermanence
meet your facilitators
