Breaking Unhealthy Relationship Patterns is a 16-week therapeutic group for women who feel caught in the same painful cycles when it comes to dating, intimacy, and emotional connection. Whether you become attached quickly, feel overwhelmed by mixed signals, or lose yourself in relationships, this group offers a space to understand why these patterns happen. Using attachment theory, CBT, and IFS-informed work, you’ll explore the roots of emotional dependence, identify the triggers that activate your nervous system, and learn skills that help you feel more grounded, regulated, and in control of your relational choices.
This is not a space where your emotions will be dismissed or minimized. Instead, you’ll join a supportive community of women who know what it’s like to want connection deeply and struggle with the anxiety that comes with it. Each session blends insight-building with practical regulation tools, helping you move away from chaotic patterns and toward secure, steady, authentic connection with others and with yourself. If you’re ready to break old cycles and build something healthier, this group offers the structure, compassion, and clarity to help you get there.
