I enjoy working with motivated teens, young adults, and adults 16+ on anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, trauma, life transitions, and women's issues.
I offer trauma-informed, multicultural care guided by feminist perspectives tailored to each client. I take a person-center approach and integrate techniques from Emotion-Focused, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy to ensure we can address your needs in a way that works best for you.
My goal is to empower you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in an environment that is supportive and respects your experiences. Healing is not a linear process and what may sometimes seem like a step back is often a step forward. I look forward to working with you and sharing in all that your unique journey brings!
