Any Struggle, One Support Group is a weekly, closed support group for adults navigating addiction in all its forms. Whether you are actively using, newly sober, or in long-term recovery, this group offers a welcoming space where all experiences are valid and no one is expected to fit a single definition of recovery. The focus is on connection, shared understanding, and building a supportive community that meets people where they are.
Each session centers on a rotating topic within the addiction and recovery world, including coping skills, daily challenges, and what life can look like while living with addiction. Participants are encouraged to share openly, learn from one another, and explore new ways of thinking in a supportive, collaborative environment. Weekly reminders and topic previews help participants stay engaged and prepared.
This group runs from January through early April and is designed to foster consistency, trust, and meaningful connection over time. Facilitated by Kayla Alexander, the group emphasizes inclusivity, mutual respect, and the belief that no matter the struggle, no one has to face it alone.
