However you got here, whether it was planned or a total impulse, something brought you to this moment.
Life has a way of piling up. And the hard part is that healing doesn't come with a pause button. You're expected to process, grow, and figure out who you are while still showing up to everything and everyone around you. That's not weakness, that's just a lot.
I work with adults across all backgrounds, with a deep understanding of the experiences that shape BIPOC and first-generation communities. Whether you're navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, or generational patterns you're only just starting to name, this is a space where all of it is welcome.
A lot of what you're feeling is more human than you give yourself credit for. The emotions you judge yourself for, the ways you've learned to cope, the fact that you don't always have the words for what's wrong. It all makes sense in context, and we'll work through it together.
My approach is integrative and adaptive — I draw from CBT, ACT, and psychodynamic therapy, but what matters most is that you leave each session feeling a little more understood than when you walked in.
You don't have to have it together to start. Showing up is already something.
