Fun fact: I’m almost always reading something - at this point, my “to be read” list is more of a personality trait than a list.
I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, mentally drained, or stuck in patterns of anxiety and self-doubt - especially those who are used to pushing through and handling everything on their own.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also integrating mindfulness and body-based awareness. I focus on helping clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and physical responses to stress, so they can begin to move through challenges with more clarity and intention.
I aim to create a space that feels supportive and genuine, where you don’t have to have everything figured out. At the same time, our work is purposeful - we identify patterns, explore what’s underneath them, and develop tools that feel realistic and sustainable.
With a background as a licensed massage therapist, I bring a strong understanding of the mind-body connection, helping clients learn how to slow down, regulate their nervous system, and feel more grounded in their day-to-day lives.
