As your therapist, I strive to act as a non-judgmental guiding source of support while providing the necessary and honest insight and tools to facilitate positive change. At your own pace, I hope to collaboratively work through, unpack, and confront the recurring patterns in your life that prevent you from personal growth and feeling your best.
