Through my training and experience I have helped those living with psychological distresses(including cognitive, behavioral, emotional, & social issues), symptoms of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, ADD, grief, and PTSD. My expertise also includes support with narrative/mental reframing, behavioral/habit adjustments, increase of self-awareness, communication skills, stress management, goal setting, anger management, & self actualization. My skill sets are accomplished through my proficiency in empathy, validation, accountability, compassion, candor, thought provoking & solution focused dialogue.

My devotion & respect for psychotherapy & the atmosphere it fosters has always been in alignment with my purpose & vision for myself; which is to be a service to others. As a progressive practitioner, I curate innovative & creative ways to approach empirically proven treatments that support a myriad of clientele while making them feel safe to be vulnerable.
