My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly seen. Together, we’ll work to deepen your self-understanding, break unhelpful patterns, and build healthier, more compassionate ways of coping with life’s challenges. I believe in a collaborative, personalized approach to therapy because everyone’s path to healing looks different. I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds and strive to lead with warmth, curiosity, and empathy in every session.


I specialize in working with eating disorders, anxiety, and life transitions. I also work with those facing challenges like depression, low self-esteem, relationship stress, and school or job pressures. I use a person-centered approach and draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices.


I know reaching out for help can be one of the hardest, most vulnerable steps you’ll take. I’m so glad you’re here, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you on this path.
