Anashia Williams
MHC-I
I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, self-esteem challenges, relationship dynamics, life transitions, stress, and questions of identity and purpose. As a Mental Health Counselor Intern, school counselor, former educator, and certified mindful movement instructor, I've learned that growth looks different for everyone. Sometimes it's making a change. Sometimes it's finally slowing down long enough to feel heard.
My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and rooted in genuine curiosity. Drawing from CBT, DBT, and mindfulness — and nearly a decade of experience supporting students and families — I create space where you feel seen, supported, and understood. I bring professional knowledge and guidance, but I believe you are the expert on your own life. Together, we'll explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and honor the resilience that has carried you this far.
As a woman of faith, spirituality is meaningful to me. If faith is part of your story, I welcome those conversations and can thoughtfully weave them into our work together.
