fun fact: Alignment isn’t linear. Some days you’re journaling with green juice; other days you’re eating cereal for dinner and calling it self-care. Both count.

I’ve always been drawn to understanding people—their habits, their hurt, and their hope. That curiosity eventually became a calling. I didn’t enter this field for titles or recognition. I did it because helping others make sense of their inner world feels like what I’m meant to do.


Many of my clients are adults who look capable and composed on the surface but feel scattered or stuck underneath. They’re single, hardworking, and constantly juggling responsibilities while trying to figure out who they are outside of what they do. Often, they’re processing childhood experiences that still echo in their relationships, struggling to trust others or themselves, and craving more balance between structure, purpose, and peace.


In therapy, I take a collaborative and down-to-earth approach. We get curious about your patterns, not to judge them but to understand what they’re protecting. My work blends relational, mindfulness-based, and body-focused approaches that help you reconnect with what’s been buried under burnout or self-criticism.


My clients tend to value health and spirituality but often lose touch with both when life feels disorganized. I help them find rhythm again by creating steadiness where chaos used to live.
