At Next Level, People & Culture isn’t a back-office function — it’s the heartbeat of how we support our
clinicians and grow as an organization. This role is the operational engine of the department, ensuring
that every process, communication, and milestone is executed with care, consistency, and
follow-through to completion.
The People & Culture Associate works closely with the Director of People & Culture to keep clinician
lifecycle processes running smoothly, support HR initiatives, and maintain the systems that allow
leadership to stay focused on development, performance, and strategy. This is a junior position on the
leadership team — and an excellent entry point for someone who wants to grow in HR, operations, or
people-centered work in a values-driven organization.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
