About the group:
Nueroqueers is a weekly virtual group for adults who identify as LGBTQIA+ and fall anywhere on the neurodiverse spectrum. This includes—but is not limited to—individuals who are diagnosed with or identify with ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, Dyslexia, Rejection Sensitivity, OCD, or are Highly Sensitive. Facilitators Jennifer Henry and Mel Signore guide conversations and activities designed to help participants process emotions, build coping skills, and connect with others in a supportive and affirming community.
This group provides a space for individuals who share similar life experiences with non-judgemental and neuro-affirming environment where everyone can be safely vulnerable. Open to all adults in New York State, it focuses on practical support and peer connection rather than labels or rigid formats.
Who this is for: NY adults (18+) who identify along both the LGBTQIA+ and the Neurodiverse spectrums
