fun fact: I love rewatching my favorite shows — right now it’s the Trainwreck series on Netflix. Comfort chaos at its finest.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been passionate about helping others feel seen,
supported, and empowered. I understand how important it is to feel understood for who
you are and what you're going through. I strive to create an inclusive, affirming space
where your full self is welcomed and your identities are centered in the work we do.
I work with college students, young adults, and adults navigating general anxiety,
identity exploration, relationship challenges, academic and life transitions, and the
stress of everyday life. I’m especially passionate about supporting women, LGBTQ+
individuals, and people of color.
My approach is rooted in cultural humility and a deep commitment to multicultural
competence. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with empowerment-based
approaches to help clients feel more grounded, confident, and aligned with their goals.
I bring both clinical experience and lived insight to the therapeutic relationship. Therapy
with me is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping you better understand
yourself while building the tools to move forward.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or in need of a safe place to figure out
what’s next, you are not alone. I’m here to support you at your own pace and on your
own terms.
