Maybe you’re navigating a hard season in life, with your job, school, self-identity, family/relationships — or maybe just trying to make sense of what’s been building up over time. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in multiple evidence-based practices like CBT, Mindfulness-based CBT, Psychodynamic, Attachment, Relational and Trauma-informed care. I also take a brain-based approach in helping you understand how your nervous system, thoughts, and past experiences are interconnected.
In therapy, we’ll take time with your story. We’ll explore what’s been shaping your emotions and responses, and gently work toward clarity, emotional regulation, and relief. I offer tools you can actually use—both in and outside of sessions—to support your growth and emotional well-being. Together we can curate an ideal space for you!
This work isn’t about “fixing” anything, it’s about creating space for healing, self-understanding, and meaningful change, in a way that honors you, your pace and your process. I'd love to embark on this journey of healing with you!
