Sometimes the smallest step opens the door to the most meaningful change, and being here is that step. Now the question becomes, who, out of all the professionals online, feels like the right fit? It may feel challenging to figure out who that person is, and I completely get it. My approach is simple and person-centered: I meet you where you are, and we move forward together, at a pace that feels right for you. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you, it’s about creating a safe, supportive space to process and grow in ways that feel authentic to you. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered throughout this journey.
I work with adults (18+) navigating anxiety, self-esteem struggles, and life transitions. I also support individuals experiencing challenges in relationships and parenting. Whether you're facing constant worries, experiencing stress from school or work, or trying to find balance, I will help you build the tools to guide you toward lasting change.
