One of the most important aspects to understanding the world around you and the stressors around you is to understand the dynamics of yourself. I strongly focus on Grief, Anxiety, and OCD. However, many of my clients have struggled with ADHD, ASD, Anger management issues, impulsivity, stress and depression and so much more.
As a Black American woman who understands the weight of anxiety and stress, I specialize in empowering individuals to overcome debilitating anxiety and manage stressful life transitions. I thrive on helping individuals fine tune their conflict resolution skills and work through depression. I believe in the impact of holding space for you to process trauma.
