That might mean struggling with emotions, navigating relationships, managing stress, or facing anxiety, depression, grief, or burnout. Maybe you’re exploring your sexuality, living as part of the LGBTQ+ community, or in an open or non-monogamous relationship and need a space to just be, without judgment or explanation.
Many people come to therapy feeling alone in what they’re facing, unsure where to turn, but knowing something needs to change. My approach is flexible and tailored to you. This is your space to feel heard without judgment, work through what feels heavy, and build tools to feel more grounded, resilient, and connected to yourself.
Therapy isn’t about having it all figured out, it’s about giving yourself the space to show up just as you are and explore what could be. You deserve support. You deserve to feel seen and heard.
