As a Ghanaian American woman and immigrant, I understand how hard it can be to find a therapist who truly gets it—who sees your story and the cultural layers, transitions, and silent battles that come with it. That’s why I’m here: to offer a supportive, judgment-free space where you don’t have to explain the basics—you can just be. In our work together, we’ll build a strong relationship grounded in empathy, trust, and mutual respect. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, identity, or family dynamics, I want you to feel empowered, resilient, and connected to your true self.
I work with individuals, couples, and families—including children and young adults (ages 7–24). My space is affirming and culturally responsive, designed to help you unpack your experiences and heal. Whether you’re coping with anxiety, depression, life transitions, autism, ADHD, or cultural disconnection, I tailor sessions to meet you where you are.
I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness to discover what actually works for you. We’ll move at a pace that honors your comfort while gently challenging barriers to growth. Therapy isn’t just about healing—it’s about transformation. Let’s explore your story, highlight your strengths, and build the tools you need to thrive.
