LMHC
Grief isn’t always about death; it can also emerge through changing family roles, relationship shifts, health challenges, or the realization that a chapter has ended. Many people come to therapy during moments of loss, transition, or quiet unraveling—when life no longer looks the way it once did.
My work is grounded in helping adults navigate these experiences with honesty, steadiness, and depth. I bring extensive clinical experience in grief counseling, trauma-informed care, and anxiety treatment, along with the perspective that comes from having lived through many of life’s transitions myself. This allows me to sit comfortably with complexity, uncertainty, and strong emotion—without rushing you toward solutions.
Clients often describe our work together as thoughtful, grounded, and collaborative. I integrate EMDR and other evidence-based approaches while tailoring therapy to who you are now, not who you think you “should” be. I welcome adults across life stages, including those facing caregiving roles, identity shifts, or redefining themselves after loss.
